Standard of Workmanship
Nailgun Solutions is committed to providing a high standard of workmanship across all repairs, servicing, and maintenance carried out by our experienced technicians. Our technicians have extensive industry experience and receive ongoing training to ensure that repairs and servicing are carried out to a professional standard and in accordance with the requirements of the equipment being serviced.
While we take every reasonable care to ensure that tools and equipment are serviced and repaired correctly, the performance, reliability, and ongoing condition of any tool may be affected by factors outside of our control, including the age and condition of the equipment, the manner in which it is used, operating conditions, accidental damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, and normal wear and tear.
Genuine Parts
Where available and appropriate, Nailgun Solutions will use genuine manufacturer parts when servicing and repairing the brands and equipment we support. In some circumstances, genuine parts may not be available, may be discontinued, or may not be reasonably obtainable. Where this occurs, alternative parts may be used where considered suitable for the repair or service required.
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, Nailgun Solutions reserves the right to determine the appropriate parts and components required to complete a repair or service to a suitable standard.
Service Stickers and Recommended Service Intervals
As part of our servicing process, Nailgun Solutions may place a service sticker on serviced equipment indicating a recommended date or interval for the next service.
The date shown on the service sticker is provided as a general recommendation only and is intended to serve as a guideline to assist the customer in maintaining their equipment. The date is based on our assessment of the equipment and our general recommendations for servicing intervals at the time the service is completed.
The date shown on a service sticker:
- Is not a legally binding service date;
- Does not constitute a guarantee that the tool will remain safe, operational, or free from defects until that date;
- Does not replace the manufacturer’s servicing, maintenance, or safety recommendations;
- Does not take into account changes in operating conditions, frequency of use, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear occurring after the service;
- Does not constitute a certification that the equipment is safe or suitable for use until the date shown.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that tools and equipment are regularly inspected, maintained, and serviced as appropriate for their use and operating conditions. Customers should immediately stop using any tool that appears damaged, defective, unsafe, or is not operating correctly, regardless of the date shown on any service sticker.
Nailgun Solutions accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or consequential loss arising from the use of equipment after servicing, including where such use occurs within the recommended service interval or before the date displayed on a service sticker, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The service sticker is intended solely as a recommended maintenance reminder and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of the safety, condition, or continued operation of any tool or equipment.
